Delete your Fala account or your data

Fala — tarot, astrology and readings — is published on Google Play and the App Store by Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Adeishvili, Tbilisi, Georgia. This page tells you how to delete your account, or only some of your data, and exactly what happens when you do.

1. Delete your account in the app (immediate)

1. Open the Fala app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Sign in with Google or Apple once more when asked — this confirms it is really you.
5. Tap Delete permanently.

The account and all of the data listed below are deleted at once. Nothing is queued or kept for a grace period, and the deletion cannot be undone.

Subscriptions. A Fala Plus bought on this website is stopped automatically when the account is deleted — no further charge is made. A Fala Plus bought inside the app through Google Play or the App Store is a contract with that store, and deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first (or from the app under Profile → Subscription). Credits and any remaining subscription time are lost with the account and are not refunded.

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, write to giorgi@adeishvili.com with the subject "Delete my Fala account" from the e-mail address of the Google or Apple account you used to sign in. We delete the account and confirm to you within 30 days; we may ask you to verify that the address is yours.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile: name, e-mail address, user id, language and time zone.
• Your birth details (date, time, place) and any partner's birth details you entered.
• Your natal chart and its interpretation.
• Every reading — coffee cup, palm, dream, tarot, compatibility — including the photos you uploaded and the text you typed.
• Your journal, pinned readings and the "What the oracle has noticed" summary.
• Your reading balance (credits), the record of your subscription in Fala, and the subscriber record RevenueCat keeps for your purchases.
• Your push-notification token, so the morning horoscope stops.
• Invitations you sent for compatibility readings.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records for purchases made on this website (order number, product, amount, date and payment status — never a card number) are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are held by Google or Apple under their own rules.
• Anonymous analytics, crash and performance data already sent to Google Firebase cannot be linked back to you and is kept under Firebase's retention settings.
• An e-mail you sent us to request deletion is kept as proof that the request was handled.

5. Delete some of your data without deleting the account

• "What the oracle has noticed" — the summary written from your readings — can be erased on the Profile screen with Clear. It is rebuilt only from readings you make afterwards.
• Morning horoscope notifications — switch them off under Profile → Notifications; the server stops sending them.
• Individual readings, photos, birth details or a partner's details — write to giorgi@adeishvili.com from your sign-in e-mail address, say which readings or details you want removed, and we delete them within 30 days and confirm.
