Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Fala mobile app and the website falaapp.space (together, "Fala"). Fala is operated by [operator legal name — e.g. Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Adeishvili, registration number, Tbilisi, Georgia] ("we"). By creating an account or buying anything you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fala.

1. What Fala is

Fala produces horoscopes, natal-chart interpretations and readings of coffee cups, palms, dreams and tarot cards, and compatibility readings between two people. Astrological positions are computed from the real positions of the planets; the written text is generated by an AI language model from what you provide.

Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not advice of any kind — not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice — and must not be relied on for decisions in those areas. If something in your life needs a professional, please see one.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account, or by e-mail link. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Account); deletion removes your readings, charts and balance and cannot be undone.

3. Free readings, credits and Fala Plus

• Free. The daily horoscope and your natal chart are free. One reading a day is free.
• Credits ("readings"). A reading pack adds a fixed number of credits to your balance. One credit is one reading of any kind. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash, and have no value outside Fala. If a reading fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.
• Fala Plus. A subscription that gives three readings a day (the allowance refills each day and does not accumulate), includes compatibility readings and removes ads. It renews automatically for the period you chose — monthly or yearly — until you cancel.

We may change what is free, the size of the allowance or the prices for the future; changes never take away credits you already hold, and a price change to a running subscription only applies from its next renewal after we have told you.

4. Buying in the app stores

Purchases made inside the iOS app are made through Apple and are governed by Apple's terms; purchases made inside the Android app, where offered, through Google Play and Google's terms. Those stores charge you, hold your payment details and handle refunds under their own rules. Manage or cancel a store subscription in your Apple or Google account, or from the app under Profile → Subscription.

5. Buying on this website

On falaapp.space payments are processed by Flitt (flitt.ge), a Georgian payment provider — their legal name goes here: [Flitt legal entity]. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include any applicable taxes; if your card is in another currency your bank converts at its own rate.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, charged to the same card. Cancel any time from Account → Cancel subscription; you keep Fala Plus until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made. A charge that fails is retried for a few days, during which Plus stays active; if it keeps failing the subscription ends.
• Reading packs are a one-time purchase, delivered immediately to your balance.
• Refunds. Because digital content is delivered at once, purchases are final once used. Within 14 days of buying a pack whose credits you have not spent, or of a subscription period you have not used at all, write to us and we will refund it. Refunds are made to the card that paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Fala to harass anyone, to upload images of people without their consent, to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, to circumvent the credit system, or in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Your content and our content

Photos, dream descriptions, birth details and questions you provide stay yours. You give us the right to process them to produce your readings and to run the service. The readings, app, design, texts and card artwork are ours or our licensors'; you may keep and share your own readings for personal use and may not resell them.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Fala available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a reading will be accurate, complete or meaningful. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take based on a reading. Our total liability to you for anything arising from Fala is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If a change matters we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it applies. You may stop using Fala at any time; we may end your access if you break these terms.
